Return & Exchange Policy
At Mammason, we want you and your little ones to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
Our Commitment to Quality
We strive to provide high-quality products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Time Limit: You must initiate the return or exchange request within 2 days after product is delivered.
Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from mammason.com is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the sale.
Undergarments or personal items for hygiene reasons.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at mammasonindia@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe.
Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order Number
The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Reason for the return/exchange (e.g., wrong size, damaged item, etc.)
Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
Other Returns/Exchanges (e.g., Size Exchange): For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than our error (e.g., incorrect size selection by customer, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We do not offer cash refunds.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability and eligibility as per Section 1), please follow the "How to Initiate a Return or Exchange" process.
Once your original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the new item. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
For exchanges not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the original item back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you (for the first exchange).
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address Here] or [Your Phone Number] with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
